Final cleaning:
One-time € 120,-

Accommodation tax:
Please note that all prices are exclusive of an overnight tax of € 2,50 per person/day (from 15 years).

Short stay supplement:
We charge a short stay surcharge of € 50,00 per day, for stays of less than 4 nights.

Deposit:
We kindly ask you to transfer a deposit of 30% of the total price within 7 days from the booking date.

Please note that failure to pay the deposit in time, will result in cancellation of your booking.

Payment:
Gladly by credit card, debit card or in cash during your stay.

 

Important additional information:

Check-in:
Your arrival is possible from 3 pm.

Check-out:
We kindly ask you to vacate the rooms by 10 am at the latest.

Deposit:
We would like to point out that a deposit in cash or by credit card is required on arrival.

Dogs:
We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in our house.

Smoking:
Our house is a non-smoking house, therefore we kindly ask you to refrain from smoking in the rooms.

Cancellation conditions:
Please note our cancellation conditions:

  • You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the arrival date.
  • For cancellations from 29 days to 7 days prior to arrival, we charge 50% of the total price.
  • For cancellations 7 days or more prior to arrival, we charge 90% of the total price.
  • In case of no-show we charge 100% of the total price.
  • In case of early departure we charge the booked remaining arrangement.
  • BUT beware: If you have acquaintances, family or friends who would like to take over your vacation days instead of you and refer them to us, your cancellation fees will be waived.

Cancellations are accepted only in written form.

The booking conditions of the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (ÖHVB) apply.
